1. The motor rotates but cannot heat up.

Usually it is a relay fault, which can be determined by measuring whether there is a 220V voltage at both ends of the RL. If there is no voltage or the voltage is too low, it indicates that the relay is not engaged or is poorly engaged. This is mostly due to damage to relay K or contact erosion. The relay should be replaced or the sandblasted contacts should be removed.

2. Cannot maintain a constant temperature.

Due to the fact that the thermistor is in contact with the surface of the pressure shaft, friction is generated as the pressure shaft rotates, and over time it may fall off, loosen, or be damaged. It should be re fixed back in place and make good contact with the pressure shaft surface. If damaged, a new thermistor should be replaced.

3. High noise level.

Due to the long-term operation of the machine at high temperatures, the lubricating oil of each transmission gear is prone to drying up, resulting in high noise. After re oiling, the problem can be resolved.

Common classifications

1. Temperature regulating glue machine: This type of machine is characterized by fixed pressure and speed. Temperature adjustable. The pressure between the rubber rollers and the running speed of the rubber rollers are fixed at the factory, and the sealing temperature can be adjusted by the user. The sealing fastness of documents is controlled by the plastic sealing temperature. Due to the fact that the structure of the plastic sealing machine varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, the temperature displayed on the machine may not necessarily be equal to the plastic sealing temperature. Generally, a plastic sealing machine heated by a front rubber roller is used, and its displayed temperature is relatively close to the plastic sealing temperature. The operation of this model should be carried out step by step according to the process requirements. When the pressure and speed are constant, the plastic seal is not secure when the temperature is high or low, and deformation and overflow may occur when the temperature is too high. Excessive pressure between the rubber rollers can also lead to overflow. If the temperature cannot be repeatedly adjusted to meet the requirements of plastic sealing, the pressure of this model has a certain adjustable range. You can refer to the product instructions to remove the power cover and make appropriate adjustments to meet the optimal plastic sealing conditions.

2. Speed regulating glue sealing machine: This type of plastic sealing machine is characterized by fixed pressure and temperature, and adjustable speed. The pressure between the rubber rollers and the sealing temperature have been adjusted at the factory, and the sealing speed can be adjusted by the user. There is also a speed regulating sealing machine with two adjustable temperature settings. The sealing fastness of documents is controlled by the speed of plastic sealing. In fact, adjusting the speed means changing the plastic sealing temperature. Fast speed, short heating time, low plastic sealing temperature; conversely, slow speed, long heating time, high plastic sealing temperature. The operation of such models should also be carried out step by step according to the process requirements. If the speed is too fast, it will cause insufficient heating during the sealing process of the document, resulting in slow opening of the adhesive. If the opening speed is too slow, it will be due to excessive heat supply, causing deformation and overflow of the sealed document. The pressure of the speed regulating plastic sealing machine also has a certain adjustable range, and if necessary, it can be adjusted appropriately according to the manual.

3. Gear pump: This type of glue applicator is commonly known as a glue applicator. It heats solid glue powder or blocks into a liquid state, and then sucks the glue into the heated conveying pipe by the gear pump to adhere to the material in various ways such as dripping, atomizing, scraping, coating, and striping. The pressure of the gear type has a certain adjustable range, which can be adjusted according to the product instructions by removing the cover and making appropriate adjustments.
