Exclusion method: The suction force (amount) can be appropriately increased according to the properties and requirements of the paper; According to the positioning requirements, blow about 6 sheets of paper on the surface of the paper stack loose.
3. Reason: The paper is thin and the air absorption is too high, which lifts the paper below the first sheet.
Exclusion method: Reduce the suction volume appropriately or replace the rubber nozzle with a leather ring nozzle with a smaller suction force suitable for thin paper.
4. Reason: The paper cannot be blown loose or there is adhesion at the edges of the paper.
Exclusion method: Adjust the air volume of the blowing nozzle to the standard level to make the paper blow loose according to the paper; The height of the paper stack should be appropriate to the normal working requirements, and the time interval between them should not be too long; Check if there are any sticky substances on the four sides of the paper stack and eliminate them to ensure they are loose and functioning properly.
