The CP GB High-Speed Gantry Pallet Buckle Folding Machine is designed for medium- to large-volume production and large-format folding applications. Sheets can be transferred directly from the printing press on pallets and loaded into the feeder by pallet truck, eliminating the need for manual sheet handling and improving production efficiency. Specially developed for industrial signature production, the CP GB uses the buckle folding method and can be configured with up to three folding stations and a maximum of six buckle plates. This flexible folding configuration helps increase output while maintaining consistent folding quality and stable production performance.
