The HX1080GF High-Speed Web-Fed Flexo 3-in-1 Saddle-Stitching Production Line integrates flexographic printing, collating, saddle stitching, folding, and three-side trimming into one fully automated production system. It is designed to streamline the complete workflow from roll-fed printing to finished-book delivery for efficient and continuous book production. The line features automatic unwinding, tension control, web guiding, double-sided two-color water-based flexographic printing, hot-air drying, web slitting, intelligent page counting, high-precision cutting, cover or insert feeding, automatic alignment, saddle stitching, spine pressing, three-side trimming, and finished-book delivery. Two independent control systems provide flexible operation, allowing the HX1080GF to run as a complete production line, as a standalone printing and collating section, or as an independent binding and trimming section.
