HX1080GS High Speed Web Fed Flexographic Printing and Saddle Stitching Exercise Book Production Line

The HX1080GS High-Speed Web-Fed Flexo Printing and Saddle Stitching Line is a fully automated production system designed for high-volume exercise book and saddle-stitched notebook manufacturing. Controlled through an intuitive HMI, the line provides eco-friendly, two-color double-sided flexographic printing at speeds of up to 400m/min, delivering efficient and consistent production for large-volume jobs. The HX1080GS integrates a complete 12-step automated workflow, from auto-guided roll unwinding through printing and downstream processing to saddle stitching, folding, and final book delivery. The saddle stitching section supports up to eight stitching heads, providing flexible configuration for different notebook and exercise book production requirements while maintaining a continuous and streamlined workflow. Requiring only four operators, the HX1080GS can produce more than 100,000 books per shift, significantly reducing manual labor while maximizing production efficiency.
