The HX480 Board Book Shaped Page Mounting and Pasting Production Line is designed for the automatic binding and assembly of children’s board books. The line can be configured with up to 12 working stations, and each station can operate independently. Folded paperboard signatures are fed into the machine and then automatically gathered, mounted, and pasted in the correct page sequence.
Equipped with a partial gluing function, the HX480 supports the production of various shaped and interactive board books, including die-cut board books, lift-the-flap board books, puzzle board books, and other special-format children’s books. This flexible gluing capability allows different areas of the page to remain unglued according to product design requirements.
