HX900MC Multifunctional Automatic Casing-In Machine

The HX900MC Multifunctional Automatic Casing-In Machine is a newly designed bladeless casing-in system for producing square-back books with book block thicknesses from 5-30mm. The machine operates at speeds of approximately 900 books per hour, with a net production output of up to 800 books per hour. Shingled cases are fed into the case hopper with the outside facing downward, after which spray glue is automatically applied to the cases. Once a glued case is accurately aligned, the book block is fed, calibrated, and positioned over the case before automatic case closing. The complete book then undergoes flat pressing and nipping to ensure consistent casing-in quality and a professional finished appearance. Fast and simple make-ready is achieved through the MCS/PLS control unit, helping reduce setup time and improve production efficiency.
