HX40000 Web Press Signature Collecting, Bundling and Palletizing System

The HX40000 Web Press Signature Collecting, Bundling and Palletizing System is designed for fully automatic delivery and handling of folded signatures in high-volume web press production. The system can be connected directly with a web press printing machine to receive and collect folded signatures continuously. Folded signatures are collected vertically, then pressed and jogged to form a neat and aligned stack before being pushed automatically into the bundling station. Clapboards are inserted automatically at both ends of the stack, after which the bundle is pressed with up to 3000 N pressure and automatically bound for stable handling and downstream processing. Designed for large-run folded signature production, the HX40000 integrates signature collecting, stack alignment, pressing, clapboard insertion, bundling and palletizing into a fully automated workflow. No manual operator is required during the delivery process, helping create an intelligent and highly automated folding production system.
