2. Can not be heated.
Since the thermistor is in contact with the surface of the pressing shaft, the friction is generated by the rotation of the pressing shaft, and will be detached, loosened or damaged over time, and should be re-fixed to the original position and brought into good contact with the pressing shaft surface. If damaged, replace the new thermistor.
3. The noise is large.
Since the machine is operated at high temperatures for a long time, the lubricating oil of each transmission gear is easily dried, resulting in a large noise. After refilling, you can troubleshoot.

When the pressure and speed are constant, the temperature is too low and the plastic seal is not strong. When the temperature is too high, deformation and overflowing occur. If the pressure between the rubber rollers is too large, it is easy to overflow. If the temperature is repeatedly adjusted and still can not meet the plastic sealing requirements, the pressure of the model has a certain adjustable range.
