Daily maintenance:
1) Clean the environment around the machine and the machine itself;
2) Check if the firmware is loose and wear, and if there is any abnormal sound, whether the electric eye travel switch is normal or not;
3) Folding knife guide rod, bakelite block plus one oil (about 30# oil oil about two drops);
4) Wipe the dust on each electric eye with a clean soft cloth and clean the surrounding paper dust.
Weekly maintenance:
1) The front gauge and the paper gauge support the guide rod plus a small amount of oil;
2) Fill the grease pump grease nozzle with high temperature grease and clean the air filter inside the air pump.
Monthly maintenance:
1) Fill the butter nozzles of the machine with butter;
2) Filling the support and sliding parts for adjusting the pressure of the folding roller with oil;
3) Filling the camshaft transmission part chain wheel with oil;
4) Clean the dust on each fence board and adjust the common parts of the fence to the best working function state;
5) Clean or check whether the working state of the solenoid valve is normal;
6) After turning off the power of the folding machine for 10 minutes, clean the dust and paper scraps of the electric box. Visually, there are abnormal phenomena such as looseness and falling off of the wireless head (if there are conditions, please contact the electrician for inspection);
7) Adjust the pulley or check the tension (tightness) of all the paper feeding belts to the appropriate position;
8) Clean the internal mopping machine inside the machine and the surrounding ground to keep the inside of the machine and the ground without excess grease to prevent electrical fires;
9) Check if the air pump motor is hot. Ask the electrician to check if the circuit is working properly.
