HDP DPF Dual Plowfolder

The HDP DPF Dual Plowfolder is designed for highly economical production of digitally printed books, including Book-of-One and short-run applications. It provides high format flexibility through fully variable page counts and variable book spine lengths from book to book, while semi-automatic changeover between different folding patterns can be completed in less than 3 minutes. Equipped with vacuum signature transport, the HDP DPF handles a wide paper range from lightweight 40gsm stock to bulky book papers up to 180gsm. The machine supports folding of 2-4 paper layers using multiple folding methods, including half folding, core folding, and double folding, enabling efficient production of 4-, 6-, and 8-page signatures for digital book finishing.
