The HX11000PB30L Large Format Perfect Binding Production Line is a high-speed integrated solution designed for large-volume perfect-bound book production. Delivering output of up to 11,000 books per hour and supporting book block sizes up to 450×320mm, the line combines 12–24 gathering stations, a 30-clamp servo-controlled perfect binder, and an inline high-speed three-knife trimmer to provide continuous gathering, binding, and trimming in one efficient workflow. The machine frame and guide rails are manufactured from high-strength ductile cast iron to provide excellent rigidity, structural strength, and stable operation at high production speeds. Torque limiters are installed at key transmission points to help protect the machine against accidental overload. The intelligent control system automatically adjusts the book transport channel according to book block thickness, controls variable-frequency operating speed, detects machine faults, and regulates glue tank heating temperature for reliable and consistent production. The perfect binding section automatically adjusts spine and side gluing parameters, while glue cut-off can be controlled without stopping production. Automatic cover feeding, production counting, and centralized lubrication further reduce operator intervention and support continuous operation.
