Sheets are aligned and positioned in both X and Y directions to ensure accurate feeding and punching. The machine can complete card shape punching and round-corner forming in a single operation, helping improve production efficiency and consistency. After punching, finished cards are automatically collected while waste material is removed automatically, reducing manual handling and simplifying the production process.
