HDP CS Cutter

The HDP CS Cutter is a high-performance rotary cross-cutting system designed to cut continuous paper webs into individual sheets with high speed and precision. The paper web is fed directly to the cutting cylinder, where a rotary knife performs accurate cross-cutting. The machine supports a wide range of paper grades, from lightweight paper to heavier stocks, and can operate either inline with a printer or offline with an unwinder. It supports production from 1-up to 4-up for flexible digital finishing applications. An integrated dynamic diverter automatically removes blank sheets so they are not transferred to downstream post-processing modules. Sheets produced during setup and make-ready are also automatically diverted, helping reduce waste and maintain efficient continuous production.
