HDP DSD Dual Star Wheel Delivery

The HDP DSD Dual Star Wheel Delivery is designed for high-speed book block delivery following cross-cutting by the HDP CS Cutter. After cutting, side glue is applied to the 4-, 6-, or 8-page signatures before they enter the dual star wheel system. As the two star wheels rotate and stack the signatures, multiple book blocks are collected, delivered, and pressed within a single cycle. The system supports non-stop production at web speeds of up to 200m/min and achieves more than 550 output cycles per hour. With its modular and flexible design, the HDP DSD provides simple and safe handling of finished book blocks and efficient transfer to downstream processing equipment.
