HDP BBP Digital Book Block Preparation Line

The HDP BBP Digital Book Block Preparation Line is designed for sewn book block preparation and can operate as a stand-alone system or be connected inline with industrial or digital book sewing machines. It is widely used for hardcover book and notebook block production, as well as digital finishing applications. The line integrates book block infeed, pre-pressing, dual endsheet lining, endsheet gluing, first-stage cold-glue back gluing, IR drying, second-stage back gluing with either cold glue or hot-melt glue, spine paper side gluing, additional IR drying, and final pressing into one continuous process. Integrated book block thickness detection enables automatic job changeover, helping reduce manual adjustment and improve production efficiency for variable book formats and short-run production.
