HX4508SSL Saddle Stitching Line

The HX4508SSL Saddle Stitching Line is an integrated bookbinding system consisting of a gathering machine, saddle stitcher with detection mechanism, three-knife trimmer, delivery cart, and electrical control box. Designed for efficient booklet and publication production, the line integrates gathering, stitching, trimming, inspection, rejection, and delivery into a continuous workflow. The gathering machine features an integrally cast base and double-diameter cylinders, enabling reliable handling of large-format signatures and single sheets while helping reduce mechanical wear during continuous production. A Delta PLC and Banner sensors control the production process, identifying and tracking each unit while automatically detecting and rejecting products with missing or duplicate signatures. The HX4508SSL incorporates internationally recognized components, including INA and NSK bearings, a Siemens inverter motor, Schneider inverter, Delta touchscreen, and Omron limit switches, helping ensure stable and reliable operation. With a maximum mechanical speed of 10,000 r/h, the line provides an efficient and dependable saddle stitching solution for professional printing and bookbinding production.
