HX450S Semi Auto Saddle Stitcher

The HX450S Semi-Automatic Saddle Stitcher is designed for wire saddle stitching of booklets, pictorials, magazines, and similar printed products. After signatures are manually gathered, the machine automatically completes signature feeding, stitching, and collection, supporting both 1-up and 2-up production in a single pass for efficient booklet binding. The machine supports configurations with two to four stitching heads and is supplied as standard with two US M200 stitching heads. It can be expanded to four stitching heads according to different production requirements, providing greater flexibility for higher-throughput applications. Integrated photoelectric sensors monitor and control the production process to maintain stable signature transport, prevent missed stitches, protect the stitching heads, and support continuous non-stop operation. Combining flexible stitching-head configuration, automated signature handling, and reliable photoelectric monitoring, the HX450S provides an efficient and dependable semi-automatic saddle stitching solution for professional printing and bookbinding production.
