The HXPD280 Four-Head Paper Drilling Machine is designed for synchronous multi-hole drilling of paper and document stacks in professional print shops and binderies. Powered by a pneumatic cylinder and guided by robust columns and linear sliders, the machine provides stable and accurate drilling performance for paper stacks up to 50mm thick using drill bits from 3 to 10mm in diameter.
The vertical drilling stroke can be manually adjusted to accommodate different drill lengths and processing requirements. Each drilling head can also be positioned independently, supporting hole distances from 40 to 280mm and back margins from 6 to 40mm for flexible multi-hole configurations.
The worktable provides up to 200mm of lateral travel, allowing convenient positioning for different paper formats and drilling layouts. Combining four-head synchronous drilling, adjustable head positioning, flexible back-margin control, and lateral worktable movement, the HXPD280 provides a practical and efficient paper drilling solution for professional printing and bookbinding production.
