HXPD260 Three Head Paper Drilling Machine

The HXPD260 Three-Head Paper Drilling Machine is designed for synchronous multi-hole drilling of paper and document stacks in professional print shops and binderies. Built with a rigid steel structure, the machine uses an upgraded pneumatic cylinder guided by four wear-resistant columns and four linear sliders to ensure stable and precise drilling. It handles paper stacks up to 50mm thick and supports drill bit diameters from 3 to 9mm for a wide range of drilling applications. Equipped with a 4.3-inch touchscreen and PLC control system, the HXPD260 features a fully automatic, infinitely adjustable moving worktable for accurate hole positioning and efficient continuous production. The automated positioning system improves drilling precision and can increase production efficiency by up to 100% compared with conventional operation. The vertical drilling stroke can also be manually adjusted to accommodate different drill lengths and processing requirements. Each of the three drilling heads can be independently adjusted, supporting hole distances from 40 to 260mm and back margins from 6 to 40mm for flexible multi-hole configurations.
