HXPSF21 Plastic Spiral Forming Machine

The HXPSF21 Plastic Spiral Forming Machine is designed for producing plastic binding spirals from PVC, PP, and PET wire for notebook, document, and bookbinding applications. During production, the plastic wire is heated in a water tank, formed through a dedicated mold, and then cooled to maintain a stable spiral shape and consistent coil diameter. The machine features automatic wire feeding and dual stainless-steel insulated water tanks, helping improve thermal efficiency and reduce energy consumption during continuous production. An intuitive touchscreen provides simple and precise control of the forming process for stable and convenient operation. Different spiral sizes and inner diameters can be produced by changing molds, providing flexibility for a wide range of plastic coil binding requirements.
