It integrates automatic feeding, punching, threading, cutting, gluing, fixing, and stacking into one compact production process. Driven by servo motors, the machine delivers efficient and stable operation with minimal downtime, achieving more than 10 times the output of manual production. Operators can store and recall up to 10 job settings for fast setup and changeover between different production runs. The HX36B is suitable for hardcover notebooks, softcover notebooks, and pre-cased notebooks, and can also be switched easily to semi-automatic mode for manual feeding during small-batch production or testing.
