HDP SEW Digital Thread Sewing Machine

The HDP SEW Digital Thread Sewing Machine integrates the HDP200 Collating Feeder with a high-speed sewing unit to enable continuous and efficient book block production. Designed to process sheets and pre-folded signatures up to 640×420mm, the system combines feeding, creasing, folding, collating, and thread sewing in one streamlined workflow, helping minimize idle time between processes. Key features include a suction feeding system, ultrasonic double-sheet detection, Omron barcode control, and a vacuum/pressure heading-up system for accurate signature alignment and assembly. Built for flexible hybrid production, the HDP SEW can operate as a complete inline digital sewing system, while the HDP200 feeder and sewing unit can also work independently as a standalone collator or conventional thread sewing machine.
