HX330EG High Speed End Sheet Gluing Machine

The HX330EG High Speed End Sheet Gluing Machine is designed for efficient gluing of endsheets to book blocks. Book blocks are manually fed into the machine, while endsheets are automatically fed one by one and bonded to the book block using cold glue. The glue application amount can be easily adjusted for consistent bonding quality. Guide elements accurately align each endsheet with the top edge of the book block before a controlled strip of glue is applied. The assembled book block is then transferred to the pressing station, where the endsheets are firmly pressed against the book block. The machine is equipped with an optical sensor to help prevent missing pages and uses a pincer-arm transfer system for stable handling of paper and book blocks throughout the production process.
