The HXEP1000 Book Edge UV Printing Machine features a flatbed printing system equipped with 2 to 8 Ricoh G5/G6 printheads for high-speed, high-definition UV printing on three sides of book edges. Compared with the HXEP400, it offers a larger single-pass printing area of over 3 m², making it particularly suitable for high-volume book edge printing. Instant UV ink curing ensures printed surfaces are dry immediately after printing. Using advanced UV inkjet technology, the HXEP1000 delivers high-resolution images and vibrant colors for decorative book edge printing. Customizable book clamping fixtures accommodate books of various sizes, providing flexible positioning and precise printing to meet diverse production requirements.
